Evaluation and diagnosis (search for problems), remove restore points (which may be infected), spyware removal, virus and root-kit removal, configure your anti-virus and anti-spyware programs (if you don't have anti-virus and anti-spyware programs, we will install copies for you for free), and create a clean system restore point
Note: once spyware and viruses have been removed, it's a good idea to create a full system backup so you can easily/cheaply restore the system back to this optimal level at a later date.
